Indonesia, Bosnia and Herzegovina Ink MoU on Defense Cooperation

The Defense Minister of Indonesia, Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin, embarked on an official visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina to engage in bilateral discussions with his counterpart, the Defense Minister of Bosnia and Herzegovina, H.E. Zukan Helez, at the Ministry of Defense in Sarajevo.
Reports indicate that the purpose of this bilateral visit is to enhance bilateral relations and discuss opportunities for strategic collaboration in the defense sector.

The two countries are considering enhancing their military diplomatic relations through prompt defense cooperation and the potential placement of a Bosnian defense attaché in Indonesia.
This initiative demonstrates the commitment of both nations to fostering a strategic partnership built on trust and mutual benefit.
During the official visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Indonesian Minister of Defense and his delegation paid a visit to the Pretis defense industry facility.
