9 | | SEPETEMBER 2026Vertex Group, the New York-based global enterprise services firm, has acquired Singapore's T-Ventures for SGD 8.5 million, expanding its presence into its eighth global market and adding consulting as its ninth business sector.The acquisition marks Vertex Group's third deal in a year under its Vertex 2.0 strategy, strengthening its transformation and enterprise services platform. T-Ventures provides consulting services across automotive, fintech, BFSI and IT-ITeS, serving more than 120 clients across North America, Europe and Asia. It reported SGD 12.9 million in revenue last fiscal year.The integration will expand Vertex's end-to-end capabilities across consulting, strategic advisory, analytics, technology, customer experience, operations, workforce development, AI and data services. Vertex said Singapore will become a key strategic hub for its Asian and global expansion. Ho Chi Minh City's Department of Finance and the Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH), a state-owned enterprise of the Republic of Korea, have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to promote urban growth partnerships. The initiative will support smart urban areas, industrial parks, social housing, worker accommodations, and other projects. Both sides will exchange information, share urban development expertise, and organize seminars on legal frameworks and development trends. They will also identify key projects and encourage Korean companies to participate in Ho Chi Minh City's initiatives. Officials highlighted opportunities for collaboration in polycentric development, transit-oriented development, urban redevelopment, industrial-logistics links, and climate-resilient planning. LH will contribute its experience in designing and developing large industrial parks, smart cities, and infrastructure.
