He replaces Nikhil Sahni, who is moving into a new regional position within the organisation. With his new role, Aggarwal will be in charge of all Mastercard operations in South Asia and India, including marketing, product management, interactions with clients and authorities, and more. In addition, he will oversee operations across the subcontinent, including Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, the Maldives, and Bhutan in addition to India, as the head of the South Asia division of the payment technology company, based in Mumbai.
