Inspire us by sharing the idea behind establishing Singapore Beverages Nepal.

Nepal is a beautiful country surrounded by the major parts of the Himalayas. But it broke my heart to see it being considered famous for everything that is not produced by its people. It occurred to me when I was studying in Dubai that Nepal too is capable of contributing to the upliftment of the global society by giving something meaningful to its people. This thought brought me back to my country and made me start my venture. I always had a passion for colorful drinks and therefore after performing extensive research on the subject & market, Singapore Beverages Nepal was formed. The company was founded with the sole mission to give Nepal something that can represent the country globally.

Tell us more about Singapore Beverages Nepal as an organization. Also, what is the position of the company in the current market?

Singapore Beverages Nepal is a producer of local colorful drinks made of unique ingredients which makes it better than any other drink in the market. The company was started in an effort to bring smiles to the faces of the people of Nepal. Eventually, our innovative product was not only appreciated by Nepal but also created a demand across the world. This international demand opened the doors and we started exporting to the UK, Australia, and the US. Singapore Beverages Nepal has been leading the market for five years and has been consistent in bringing up innovative products every year. In the coming year, we are planning to launch 27 new products in the market.

What was the major challenge that you faced while establishing Singapore Beverages Nepal? What made it successful?

It takes a lot of courage to build something that would compete with major global brands. I had to hustle through the waves to launch my product and convince people that a locally made drink can also be as good as any leading brand or even better. It took me a sincere vision and the skills of Nepal to prove to the people who thought I wouldn't make it too far. Today we have already crossed international borders and plan to cross many more targets in the future.

What are the milestones that you have achieved through Singapore Beverages Nepal?

Singapore Beverages Nepal was built to support the Nepalese economy and highlight Nepal's name in the international forum. So far, we have been able to successfully fulfill both of the company's intentions. Moreover, we have been able to reach out to the local people of Nepal and provide employment opportunities for them, thereby increasing their standard of living. I believe society does not grow when the rich become richer instead it grows when the poor can build a better standard of life for themselves.
