Could you reflect on some of the toughest challenges you have encountered in your journey so far? How did you overcome them and what did you learn from them? One of my toughest challenges in life was the time when I left Best Remit and joined The River Overseas. Since I was not from this business, I faced difficulties understanding and implementing my knowledge into it. However, my chairman Raghu Puri always believed in my abilities and provided the greatest opportunity during my work and allowed me to correct my weakness, guiding me to focus on my strength and understanding Foreign Employment Industry. I will always owe his cooperation towards my career growth. Starting as a Recruitment Coordinator in TRO and touching the position of CEO is one of the biggest achievements in my professional career. During this, I learned Teamwork is the best way to achieve what you believe and with patience, perseverance, and the right mindset, you can overcome obstacles and achieve your goals over time.

What is the future destination you are heading towards? I wish to accomplish more than what I’m getting now and to achieve it, I will continue setting goals for myself.
