How would you describe your career progression so far? What were the main elements that facilitated your development into the role of Director at Trinity Lubes and Greases Fzc?

My professional journey began as a young and enthusiastic 21-year-old, eager to make a difference in Siddharth Grease and Lubes, my Husband’s family business. As I progressed in the company, I realized that every challenge I faced was an opportunity for growth. From handling finance to customer relations, I honed my skills and became an integral part of the company's success. My multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills have been my greatest assets. Moreover, I am passionate about promoting ethical practices, and I ensure that our company is environmentally conscious and socially responsible.

Today, I am based out of Dubai, managing our venture, Trinity Lubes, and Greases. It has been an exhilarating journey, and I am thankful for all the opportunities that have come my way. Looking back, I am proud of what I have achieved and believe that my professional journey has played a crucial role in shaping the person I am today.

Tell us about your leadership approach and what has been your success mantra so far in your journey.

As a leader, I recognize that success is not just about achieving goals, but also about developing and supporting the individuals who make up the team. By focusing on creating an environment where people can thrive, I have found that our team is more motivated and productive, and our results have been outstanding. I believe that leaders should lead by example, be open to feedback, and always be willing to learn and improve. By putting people first, we create a positive work culture that promotes creativity, innovation, and collaboration, leading to long-term success. For me, leadership is about empowering others and fostering a culture of growth and development, which benefits everyone in the organization.
