What is the motivation that fuels your daily routine?
My motivation stems from the opportunity to help companies grow and create new opportunities for others. As a business leader, I feel a strong sense of responsibility and the capability to turn ideas into something tangible, and in doing so, provide opportunities for people to thrive. The knowledge that I can contribute to the success of a company and positively impact the lives of its employees and the community is what drives me every day.

How would you define Outsource Access as an organization and its current position in the market?
Outsource Access is a virtual staffing agency that was founded in 2019. Our company provides reliable, cost-effective virtual staff to businesses across various functions, including operations, marketing, finance, sales, and HR, among others. We are a pioneering virtual staffing agency registered in the Philippines that has adapted to the work-from-home setup, setting us apart from our competitors. This allowed us to take risks and create processes and systems that would cater to our employees' workfrom- home needs even before the pandemic hit. We take pride in being ahead of the curve, as the pandemic has shown that remote work is becoming increasingly common. Our commitment to innovation and excellence has earned us recognition from various international organizations for our growth and the impact we have made on our clients, employees, and communities.

Accountability is a key value that I prioritize within my team as well as communication. I aim to be a thoughtful communicator, providing feedback to team members when needed and coaching them to understand where they're coming from. I believe in direct communication to promote accountability for individual functions. As a leader, I am empathetic and take the time to understand my team members, creating a safe space for them to perform their day-to-day tasks.
I prioritize building trust and confidence with them so that my team feels comfortable sharing their thoughts and ideas. I don't sugarcoat feedback because I believe it hinders growth. By understanding my team, we're better able to identify and solve problems at their root cause, making solutions more effective. Overall, my leadership approach centers around accountability, direct communication, empathy, and problem-solving.
