Embarking on my career as a Research and Development Engineer at Chimei Electronics, I immersed myself in the intricate realm of TFT-LCD technology. Over the years, I progressed through pivotal roles, from Research and Development Manager to Technology Division Head at TSMC, ultimately attaining executive positions like General Manager and Vice President. My journey spans diverse sectors, including LED semiconductor packaging, LCD display manufacturing, technology consulting, and operational management in footwear manufacturing. I've led teams in companies of varying scales across Taiwan, China, and India. Motivated by an unwavering commitment to innovation and excellence, the dynamic tech industry fuels my daily routine. Beyond technological strides, my passion lies in cultivating positive work environments, fostering professional growth, and achieving excellence not only in technology but also in people and processes.
