Could you provide a concise overview of your professional journey and the driving factors behind your daily routines?
I embarked on my professional journey in Russia, initially serving as a Sustainability Coordinator and Translator/Interpreter for nearly 2 years on the exciting 'Belaya Dacha Outlet' Retail Park project. Subsequently, I joined Josef Gartner, a distinguished German facade company, where I dedicated 5 years of my career. During this time, one of our projects, the GES-2 House of Culture in Moscow, earned international recognition by being featured on the WOW List 2022, celebrating the best new projects globally. In 2020, I relocated to the United Arab Emirates, inspired by USKY TRANSPORT's global endeavors.
I joined the team as a Translator for the USKY Test & Certification Centre project, later ascending to Assistant Project Manager within six months, and subsequently to Operations Manager later in the same year. At present, I hold the position of Chief Executive Officer at USKY TRANSPORT.
In terms of my daily motivation, my primary driving force is personal fulfillment and satisfaction. For me, this can only be achieved by making a positive impact on society and the environment, reaching our company's objectives, and guiding and motivating our team.
Define USKY TRANSPORT as an organization and its position in the market. USKY TRANSPORT is part of Unitsky String Technologies, specializing in urban and intercity aerial mobility solutions. The organization was founded by Dr. Anatoli Unitsky with a vision to offer safe, efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly transportation options for both people and goods. USKY TRANSPORT's strategic location at the Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park, under the leadership of Hussain Al Mahmoudi, CEO, has allowed them to conduct field testing for their transport and infrastructure solutions. The support and shared vision of Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al-Qasimi, who inaugurated our Centre in 2019, have also played a significant role in our current position in the market.
Please share insights about the technological structure that guarantees safety, mitigates traffic congestion, and facilitates uninterrupted operation.
USKY TRANSPORT is in the process of creating an all-encompassing system, encompassing autonomous aerial vehicles and ground control stations. Our technology is designed to function seamlessly in diverse and challenging weather conditions. It relies on cutting-edge navigation and communication systems to guarantee both safety and efficiency in transportation. Furthermore, we are actively investigating the application of artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to enhance route optimization and proactively alleviate traffic congestion.
Can you describe your team-building approach and how you nurture innovation and advocate for environmental responsibility within your organization?
To build an effective team, my first priority is to assemble a diverse group of individuals, each bringing unique backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to the table. This diversity serves as a catalyst for fostering creativity and innovation. I actively encourage collaboration across different teams, enabling the development of cross-functional solutions. Furthermore, our company provides continuous training and development opportunities for our employees to equip them with new skills, knowledge, and keep them updated on the latest technologies and industry trends. Recognizing and rewarding initiative and innovation (which I fondly refer to as 'II') is a vital part of our culture. Lastly, I firmly believe that as a CEO, leading by example is essential. To demonstrate my commitment to the company's goals, I stay closely involved in all organizational processes, both minor and major. This hands-on approach reinforces the values we uphold and inspires our team to align with our vision for environmental responsibility and innovative thinking.

The envisioned destination places a premium on sustainability, innovation, and social responsibility. This entails integrating sustainable approaches throughout every facet of corporate operations, including product development. It also involves nurturing an innovative culture, where employees are inspired to think outside the box and generate fresh ideas.
