Malayasia Firm Hydrexia Holding Signs Purchase Agreement with Green Solutions Group To Supply Hydrogen
The Green Solutions Group, a top supplier of renewable energy solutions in Vietnam, and Hydrexia, an international division of Hydrexia Holding Limited in Southeast Asia, have inked a purchase agreement. The strategic partnership intent between the two businesses, which was stated in an early May memorandum of understanding, has been successfully executed with this agreement.
According to the conditions of the purchase agreement, Hydrexia will gradually deliver TGS units of its hydrogen refuelling stations through 2023 and beyond. The stations for TGS will be developed, deployed, and maintained by Hydrexia. In the same time range, Hydrexia will also deliver units of hydrogen fuel cell buses to TGS.
The signed contract further solidifies the strategic business alliance between the two businesses, which aims to support hydrogen end-use applications in Vietnam's expanding hydrogen sector. As a dependable source of hydrogen solutions, Hydrexia and TGS will continue to collaborate to look into other hydrogen business opportunities. TGS is Hydrexia's sole partner in deploying hydrogen technology and solutions in the Vietnamese market.
