Given this context, Vietnam has successfully managed challenging circumstances to uphold macroeconomic stability, combat inflation, preserve important economic equilibriums, enhance national defense and security, advance social development, and enhance the quality of life for its citizens. It was emphasized that diplomacy and global integration have been executed thoroughly, adaptively, and successfully, playing a crucial role in these accomplishments and further advancing Vietnam's global reputation.
He emphasized important takeaways from the most recent diplomatic endeavors: the importance of remaining firm in strategic goals, being adaptable and quick in implementation, and having a thorough grasp of international events. According to him, diplomats should have political acumen, economic knowledge, technological understanding, and demonstrate both skill and honesty.
