The Government official characterized the forum as a significant international event and a turning point in Vietnam's development cooperation efforts, as well as its contribution to peace, cooperation, and development globally and regionally.

PM Chinh provided three key principles for Vietnam's shift towards sustainability in the digital age. The first is prioritizing the needs and interests of individuals, citizens, and businesses in all developmental initiatives.

Secondly, it is crucial to maintain a balance between economic growth and environmental conservation as well as social well-being. Lastly, the transition to sustainability should lead to enhanced quality of life, safety, and overall happiness for the population.

PM Chinh stated that Vietnam believes that resources come from having a clear vision and thoughtful planning. Innovation and creativity provide momentum, while the strength of the people and business community is key.

It is important to combine national strength with the spirit of the times, as well as domestic capabilities with international support.

Viet Nam will focus on implementing strategies based on the principles of "open institutions, efficient infrastructure, intelligent governance, highly qualified workforce, and widely applicable practices" to achieve these goals.

He pointed out that the government plays a key role in establishing a conducive regulatory atmosphere, simplifying bureaucratic processes, promoting environmentally friendly and technologically advanced initiatives, and offering support to both local and international businesses.

Prime Minister Chinh emphasized that the participation of government officials, businesses, scholars, and organizations from both inside and outside of Vietnam at the event shows a strong determination to collaborate and a common desire to generate new opportunities and establish a sustainable, inclusive, and compassionate future for all countries and individuals.
