Let’s hear more from him in this one on one interaction.

Can you provide a concise overview of your professional history and experiences? Additionally, what drives your daily routines and keeps you motivated?

I commenced my career at SK Networks within the SK Group, later becoming an investment fund manager at BASIC Venture Capital, overseeing diverse venture investment projects. Subsequently, I engaged in various companies, notably contributing to investment, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring initiatives, such as with JKC CORPORATION owned by Corstone PE. My enduring motivation lies in advancing technology to enhance living standards and productivity. I strive to share these benefits not only with shareholders but also with stakeholders and society at large, making a meaningful impact on the broader community through my professional journey.

JKC leverages extensive global expertise in entering the Indian market. What opportunities do you anticipate in this market, and how do you intend to capitalize on the company's wealth of experience?

India is rapidly emerging as a key contributor to global economic growth, showcasing diverse potentials. JKC CORPORATION INDIA, equipped with JKC CORPORATION's world-class Metallic-Film production technology, aims to seize growth opportunities in India's construction and appliance sectors. By transitioning from low-end to high-end Metallic- Film applications, the company envisions enhancing living standards in Indian households. Furthermore, JKC CORPORATION INDIA plans to accelerate the global trend of high-end Metallic-Film adoption by offering cost-effective, top-quality films produced at the Pune joint venture plant. JKC CORPORATION, with a legacy of advancing the Metallic-Film industry, intends to transfer both proven technology and operational knowledge to JKC CORPORATION INDIA for leveraging its extensive experience.

What strategies do you intend to employ to influence the metallic film production in India? Provide a brief overview of the product's distinctive attributes and its potential impact.

Currently, there is no manufacturing facility in India catering to the production of high-end Metallic-Film. Essentially, the surging demand for such products in India relies heavily on imports, predominantly from Korea. However, the manufacturing and logistics costs in Korea are significantly higher than in India. Consequently, our strategy involves positively impacting the market by addressing the rising demand in India. We plan to achieve this by introducing affordable yet high-quality Metallic- Film products, offering a diverse range of portfolio options. Drawing from our product expertise, we have observed a growing need from both the construction and appliance sectors for competitively priced high-end Metallic-Film, meeting consumers' unique design expectations while ensuring value for money.

"For over two decades, JKC CORPORATION has collaboratively served major global appliance companies & top-tier vendors in the construction industry"

Who constitutes your target segment, and what distinguishes your Unique Selling Proposition (USP)?

JKC CORPORATION INDIA focuses on target segments such as construction interiors, appliance exteriors, and automobile interiors. Given the absence of a production plant for high-end Metallic-Films in India, customers are inclined to opt for products from the Pune plant due to their cost-effectiveness and distinctive designs.

How do you view the necessity of delivering immersive experiences to meet the customer demands?

For over two decades, JKC CORPORATION has collaboratively served major global appliance companies and top-tier vendors in the construction industry. Through continuous monitoring, development, and support, we have successfully met and exceeded the growing demand for consumer experiences. This collaborative approach has earned JKC recognition for its capabilities. As a result, we are confident that our ongoing efforts, in cooperation with our current top-tier clients, will enable us to consistently meet market and client requirements in a timely manner.

Could you outline your future plans and provide insights into your upcoming product offerings?

Initially, JKC CORPORATION INDIA will commence the production of Metallic-Films for construction interiors and appliance exteriors at the Pune plant. Over time, the Pune facility will extend its manufacturing to include Metallic-Films for automobile interiors. JKC's product pipeline encompasses the 1st generation MVCM, 2nd generation MPET, and 3rd generation ASF. Presently, we are broadening applications for the 4th generation BSPET. Additionally, the latest advancement, the 5th generation PSPET, featuring enhanced technology, is scheduled for market introduction in the first quarter of 2024.
