Could you give a brief account of your professional background and experiences?

I started my journey as an intern in a manufacturing company, where I handled technical tasks and assisted my manager with administrative work. However, I soon discovered my passion for HR and seized the opportunity to dive deeper into the field. I invested my time in reading books and expanding my HR knowledge. Eventually, I was approached by the founder of on LinkedIn, which led to the incredible opportunity to become the Chief People Officer at the company. Throughout my journey, continuous learning and growth have been crucial factors in reaching my current position.

How would you define as an organization and its current position in the market? is a startup company specializing in system prototyping, particularly in the fields of the Internet of Things (IoT), electronic devices, and monitoring systems. The company was founded in 2019 to fulfill the high demand for "Indonesian-made" IoT devices and provide end-to-end solutions in Indonesia. We aim to support our partners by offering advanced and reliable IoT solutions that efficiently solve their problems. Our experience in developing IoT systems has allowed us to deploy solutions in offices, cities, and rural villages in Indonesia, including those in remote areas.

Articulate the importance of HR's Operations being in Sync with an Organization's Strategy.

The alignment between HR operations and the organization's strategy is crucial for success. The pace of the development of the organization is in three stages- start up, smart up, and then it is step up. At, we are currently in the "smart up" phase, focusing on creating standardized production systems while delivering our vision, mission, and values to our members. External operations play a vital role in distributing these shared visions, missions, and values to foster organizational growth and development.

Tell us about your leadership approach. What are the guidelines or methodologies you follow as a leader?

My philosophy of HR is simple: to make employees or organization members more productive and happier in their jobs. When I joined Synapsis. id, I noticed that the HR function was primarily focused on administrative tasks, lacking significant contributions to the organization. I aim to establish a robust HR system that encompasses the entire cycle, from planning to recruiting, developing, motivating, and retaining employees. By creating clarity and implementing effective HR practices, I strive to make our organization members happier and more productive.

I adopt the scrum leader leadership style, which emphasizes empowering the team and giving them the space to share knowledge and ideas. The aim is to create a high-performing team and provide opportunities for individual growth and development. At, we also focus on mentoring and training to upgrade and enhance our team's skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

What are your future aspirations for your role at, and how do you plan to accomplish them?

HR plays a significant role in organizational growth, and I am dedicated to staying in the HR field to contribute further to's development. As we progress through the "smart up" phase, I aim to establish efficient systems, develop comprehensive training programs, implement performance management feedback systems, and construct effective retention programs. These initiatives will contribute to our overall growth and ensure that our organization continues to thrive.

Based on your experience in the industry, what advice would you give to emerging leaders in the HR field?

As a young professional of 25-years-old myself, I understand that experience may be limited compared to more seasoned CPOs. However, my advice to the next generation of HR leaders is to prioritize continuous learning. Reading books and research journals, and expanding your HR framework are essential to broaden your knowledge. Stay open to learning new things and embrace growth opportunities. Remember that experience will come with time, but the thirst for knowledge and a willingness to adapt will set you apart in the HR field.
