In your role as the Founder, what considerations do you weigh when formulating effective corporate growth strategies?

At the heart of both my strategic decisions and day-to-day work is my team’s shared goal: to make good health a reality for everyone. This commitment has led us to design a pioneering patient care model. It consists of three essential pillars that guide our strategic decisions and set the foundation for better health. First, we ensure patients have access to innovative technology for high-tech care. Second, we provide integrative treatments that underscore holistic care. And finally, we empower patients to consult with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, offering coordinated and integrated care. This approach stems from our belief that collaborative, innovative, and dynamic care, designed to address the diverse and evolving needs of patients, will shape the healthcare of tomorrow.

How do you guide your team to stay informed of the latest medical practices and deliver a seamless patient care experience?

It is imperative that my team remains up to date with the latest medical practices and provides a seamless patient care experience. Therefore, we promote continuous medical education by encouraging team members to attend relevant conferences, seminars, and workshops throughout the world. These events expose them to cutting-edge research, technologies, and valuable networking opportunities with industry experts.

Additionally, we established mentorship programs within our team, where experienced members guide and mentor newcomers. This not only facilitates the transfer of knowledge but also fosters a sense of responsibility and pride in sharing expertise.

We also hold regular team meetings, during which we discuss recent medical developments, share insights gained from training programs and self-development efforts, and collectively brainstorm ways to effectively integrate new practices into patient care.

Finally, we leverage digital software technology that most importantly personalizes every patient journey and improves communication, ensuring every patient receives optimal care.

Tell us about your leadership approach. What are the guidelines or methodologies you follow as a leader?

My leadership style at IGH embraces a transformational approach, which I believe is particularly crucial for healthcare startups. This approach is all about motivating and empowering our team, encouraging innovation at every level, enhancing patient care, and navigating the complexities of healthcare with empathy and adaptability. I lead by example, demonstrating unwavering dedication, commitment, and how every effort, no matter how small, contributes to the quality of care we deliver to our patients.
