True leadership reveals itself not in accolades or applause but in the quiet consistency of vision, values, and impact. It is the ability to build something lasting, something that serves others with purpose and integrity. In today’s interconnected world, leaders who blend innovation with authenticity are reshaping industries and redefining success. Nowhere is this spirit more evident than in the alumni community of Mahidol University, Thailand’s premier institution known for cultivating not only academic excellence but also character, creativity, and cross-disciplinary agility. Mahidol University has long served as a springboard for trailblazers across disciplines, from medicine and science to the arts and business. My leadership style combines creativity with organization, embracing a collaborative, transparent, and results driven approach
What valuable lessons and skills did you acquire during your time at Mahidol University, both inside and outside the classroom, that continue to benefit you in your current role?
At Mahidol University, I learned discipline, adaptability, and the ability to work across diverse teams, especially in creative settings. The College of Music trained us to think both artistically and practically, often through real-world projects that built my leadership and project management skills. These experiences taught me how to manage pressure, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively. Later, my MBA at Federation University reinforced these foundations with analytical tools, financial planning, and strategic decision-making. The blend of creative insight and structured business training has become essential in my role as CEO, allowing me to lead with both intuition and strategic clarity.
How did you engage with the alumni network during your time as a student, and how have you continued to benefit from it after graduating?
The alumni network at Mahidol University was vibrant and remains a strong community today. As a student, I gained valuable insights from alumni who shared their real-world experiences. After graduating, the network evolved into a source of support, collaboration, and business opportunities. Likewise, my MBA network from Federation University in Australia has been instrumental in helping me navigate the local business landscape and has provided access to valuable connections in the Australian market.
What is your most memorable experience from your time at Mahidol University Thailand?
One of my most unforgettable experiences was leading the marketing department for our final project, Hansel and Gretel: The Musical. I managed ticket sales, coordinated with various departments, and executed all on-site marketing efforts. It was a comprehensive campaign that required working under real pressure and tight deadlines. This project taught me valuable lessons in leadership, cross functional teamwork, and the significance of taking initiative. In hindsight, it felt like managing an actual business, providing me with a solid foundation for my future career in management and entrepreneurship.
Can you describe your leadership style and the principles or methods you adhere to as a leader?
My leadership style combines creativity with organization. I embrace a collaborative, transparent, and results-driven approach. I focus on empowering my team by giving them ownership and remaining accessible for support. The strategic planning and KPI frameworks I learned during my MBA complement my artistic background, which keeps me grounded, empathetic, and receptive to fresh ideas. I strive to lead with clarity, intention, and humility.
How do you stay informed about industry trends to guide your organization effectively, and what future goals are you aiming to achieve?
I stay informed about industry trends through direct engagement and continuous learning. I regularly connect with suppliers, attend trade expos, and use platforms like LinkedIn along with industry reports to track market changes. My MBA emphasized data driven decision-making, while my entrepreneurial role demands agility and a customer-focused mindset. I also encourage my team to share insights so we learn collectively and stay ahead. Looking ahead, my vision for 2B SHOP is to become a trusted, scalable supplier across Australia and Southeast Asia, starting with expansion into Thailand, while continuing to grow as a leader who bridges cultures, industries, and ideas.
In 2025, I launched BluePrynt Business Consulting, a new subsidiary of 2B SHOP that focuses on helping SMEs improve their operations, marketing, and financial strategies. BluePrynt currently serves clients in Australia and is planning to expand into Southeast Asia in the near future. Our mission is to provide practical, value-driven consulting solutions that empower small businesses to grow sustainably.
