Could you give a brief account of your professional background experiences? What motivates you as a professional?

I am currently associated with two distinct companies, Agnos Health Hill and my family's restaurant in Thailand. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills and developed a deep understanding of the market, customer needs, and the products that we offer. As the CMO of Agnos Health, my goal is to expand and optimize operations while engaging new audiences in the market. My role is to promote our AI-based product for better health and wellness.

I am motivated by a desire to help others lead healthier lives, and I am driven to use my skills and knowledge to make a difference in the world. Whether it's through educating customers about the benefits of our products or creating engaging marketing campaigns, I am committed to ensuring that our customers have access to the best possible health solutions. Similarly, at my family's restaurant, I am motivated by a desire to share the authentic flavors of Thai cuisine with a wider audience.

I am passionate about cooking and the culinary  arts, and I believe that food has the power to bring people together and create meaningful connections. I am driven to showcase the quality of our products and provide an unforgettable dining experience for our customers. How would you define Agnos Health as an organization and its current position in the market?

Agnos Health is a forward-thinking organization that is revolutionizing the healthcare industry through the use of advanced AI technology. As an AI symptom checker platform, we provide patients with a comprehensive health companion that analyzes their symptoms and risk profile to provide the most appropriate health recommendations. Our goal is to make healthcare more accessible, affordable, and effective for everyone.

As a startup, we are currently in the process of securing funding and establishing our position in the market. However, in a short span, we have already made a significant impact in the industry and are quickly becoming recognized as a leader in healthcare AI. Unlike traditional telemedicine platforms, our approach is reducing the cost of doctor visits and hospital wait times. Agnos Health has a bright future ahead and we are confident in our ability to make a positive impact in the lives of millions of people. Our innovative approach to healthcare is what sets us apart and we are proud to be at the forefront of a new era in health technology.

What are the value additions that customers can expect from your services and solutions?

This allows our customers to get the medical help they need more quickly and efficiently, without sacrificing the quality of care. Secondly, we offer significant cost savings by reducing the need for expensive doctor visits and travel costs. Our AI platform provides a convenient, affordable alternative to traditional healthcare methods, making it accessible to a wider range of people.

Finally, and perhaps most importantly, we provide peace of mind. Our platform provides accurate, instant diagnoses, allowing our customers to understand what is happening to their bodies and to get the medical attention they need when they need it. Our system is more accurate than searching online, and eliminates the need for guesswork and self-diagnosis, giving our customers the confidence and reassurance they need to take control of their health.

As the CMO, what are the latest strategic plans you have adopted to expand/optimize operations and engage new audiences in the market?

To achieve growth and reach the targeted market, we have implemented a multi-channel approach that includes search engine optimization for app-recommendation based on health-related keywords, advertisements, and content marketing.

Our strong partnerships with private and public hospitals allow us to gather valuable information for our AI technology and facilitate the referral process. Our aim is to be present at every touchpoint in the customer journey, providing accurate and timely information to those in need of healthcare services.

What is the future destination you're heading towards?

Our plan is to provide a complete and seamless healthcare experience for our users with a strong focus on mental health care. Currently, our AI technology provides symptom-screening services and our next step is to work with hospitals to integrate AI technology to improve patient experience and quality of care. We aim to provide a holistic approach to healthcare by providing care beyond a hospital service. Our ultimate goal to make quality healthcare be easily accessible and affordable.
