Which were the companies that shaped you as a professional before founding Netspot?

In over 15 years of my professional journey I gained experience in the telecommunications industry, specifically in the areas of 5G, LTE, Wimax & GSM technologies, fiber networks, and cyber security solutions. I worked with several companies that shaped me as a professional in different ways. Initially, I start as a VAS Engineer at Asiacell; contributed to the value-added and data services. This role gave me an understanding of the telecommunications industry and helped me appreciate the importance of delivering innovative services to customers. Later, had the chance to work as a Core Network (CS & PS) Senior Engineer at Huawei, where I was involved in the deployment and installation of GPRS network, HSPA and HSPA plus testing phases.

This experience helped me develop my technical skills and understand the complexities of network infrastructure. Then, I served as the CTO and Acting CEO at Tishknet internet, where I had the responsibility to lead the technical strategy and direction of the company, and learned a lot about managing teams and driving growth. Before establishing Netspot, I was the Chief Technology Officer at We Are IQ and got the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions. Overall, my experience at these companies has been invaluable in shaping me as a professional and preparing me foray into entrepreneurship. I have developed a broad range of skills and knowledge, and I am grateful for the opportunities I had to learn and grow.

Netspot Solutions is a leading provider of network and software solutions in the market. We specialize in wired and wireless network design and installation, fiber optic solutions, and end-to-end digital network solutions. Our range of services includes network planning and design, construction, operations, maintenance, and efficient network operations. We cater to a wide range of clients, from large corporations to small businesses, and have been growing rapidly since our inception. Our unique proposition is our end-to-end solutions that include optic backbone solutions, 4G/5G network design and implementation, mobile money services, data monetization solutions, and FTTx solutions. The company provides various technology framework solutions to improve user experience and increase business revenue. The optic backbone solutions are reliable and bug-free, providing the best experience for users. The company also offers 4G/5G network design and implementation solutions for faster access speeds, lower latency, higher bandwidths, and more reliable connections. The mobile money solution helps businesses grow by offering digital banking services that can be accessed on a phone or any other device. The data monetization solution allows businesses to convert traffic data into a stable form of income. The solutions provided by the company improve network speeds and reliability and can be customized to meet unique needs. The company’s LTE & 5G solutions with private networks enable organizations to leverage, customize, and dedicate LTE & 5G network capabilities. The credit and data monetization (CDM) solution deploys an LTE & 5G network with automated service provisioning, flexible quota management, and real-time billing. The Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) and Policy Control Function (PCF) solution is a next-generation policy control system that acts as the decision-making center of the policy control system. Our customer selfcare portal enhances the customer experience and reduce support costs.

Tell us about the guiding vision and mission you adapt to lead your team?
