Can you provide a brief overview of your professional background and experiences? What motivates you in your daily routines?

I commenced my professional journey at a renowned bank in India, where I found fulfillment in assisting individuals with their banking requirements. My passion for aiding entrepreneurs and startups, coupled with a desire to share my knowledge and experience, led me to establish A&A Associate. Initially, our company focused on providing accounting and auditing services to businesses in the UAE, catering to the increasing demand for such services. As time progressed, we expanded our offerings to include comprehensive solutions for setting up businesses in the UAE, covering everything from licensing to liquidation services. This decision was driven by a goal to support individuals from around the world in realizing their dreams of starting a business in the UAE.

How would you define A&A Associate as an organization and its current position in the market?

A&A Associate is a prominent organization specializing in business setup and consultancy services, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Describe your leadership approach. What principles or methods do you follow to guide your team?

We firmly believe that our people and processes are our greatest assets. Empowering our top managers is crucial for success. By fostering an open and transparent work environment, we enable everyone  to give their best and thrive in a competitive setting. As a leader, it is important to streamline processes to support our team and enhance client experiences.

Share some of the most challenging obstacles you have faced thus far in your journey. How did you overcome them, and what did you learn?

Building a strong team posed initial challenges. Finding the right individuals cannot be accomplished overnight. In the beginning, my primary focus was on assembling a knowledgeable and capable workforce. The ongoing lesson is that identifying talented and suitable individuals is vital for the success of any service-oriented company. Our team is our greatest asset.

What future goals are you working towards?

Over the past two years, we have experienced a 100 percent growth rate. In 2022 alone, we facilitated the registration of over 3,100 companies, a significant increase compared to previous years. In March 2023 alone, we assisted in the establishment of 384 companies. With this accelerated growth, we aim to surpass 10,000 companies per year within the next 5 to 10 years. Our objective is to capture 25 percent to 30 percent of the market share in the UAE.

Based on your extensive industry experience, what advice would you offer to emerging industry leaders?

The initial phase of any business is challenging and crucial for determining success or failure. Consistent effort and transparency are key to establishing a strong presence in the market and winning over clients.
