How has your professional journey been so far? What is the motivation that fuels your daily routines?

My journey in the beauty and salon industry has been truly extraordinary. Beginning as a visionary fashion designer in Iran, I swiftly embraced the captivating realm of creativity. My career took me to Dubai where I worked for one of the biggest distributors in the nail industry, as the sales manager. From there, I was recruited to be General Manager for Tips and Toes, where I have been a founder and instrumental in its growth and success. Now, as the Chief Operating Officer for Tips and Toes and Bedashing, I proudly lead two eminent brands in the Middle East. Our unwavering commitment to exceptional customer experiences propels me to innovate and stay ahead. With boundless opportunities on the horizon, I eagerly anticipate making a lasting impact in the beauty and wellness industry.

Furthermore, motivation for me as the COO is  overcoming challenges, pursuing excellence, and nurturing our team - a collective endeavor to bring positive change to the world.

You possess over twenty-two years of experience. How has been your path to success and what is your success mantra?

My journey in the beauty industry has been an arduous yet fulfilling path, with the foundation of success rooted in my exceptional team and strong leadership. Overcoming challenges has taught me the importance of maintaining a positive outlook and extracting valuable lessons from adversity. Growing up in Iran, the mantra "This too shall pass" has guided me through the toughest moments in my career. However, my ultimate drive lies in my team. During difficult times, I make it a priority to connect with our dedicated staff in the salons, witnessing their solid commitment and passion. Their inspiration propels me to surmount any obstacle, and I am grateful to work alongside such remarkable individuals each day.

How would you define Tips and Toes as an organization and its current position in the market?

As a prominent UAE local brand with over 40 thriving stores, we have solidified our position as the unrivaled leader in the beauty industry. With a remarkable market share, extensive client footfall, and unparalleled brand awareness, Tips and Toes stands as a beacon of trust and recognition. Our inception in 2004 was driven by a vision to revolutionize the nail and beauty landscape, identifying a void that called for a space offering both efficiency and serenity. Inspired by the tranquility of Bali, we artfully incorporated its cultural essence and aesthetics into our concept, crafting an ambiance that transports our valued customers to a haven of peace and rejuvenation.
