Tyroo names Bharat Arora as Head of Performance Platforms business for APAC

Bharat Arora has been appointed Head of Performance Platforms Business by ad tech growth platform Tyroo. In order to bring on new publishers and support partner success across the company's operational regions in Asia Pacific, Arora will consolidate the existing native and Comet business at Tyroo.

According to the company, this move will significantly expand Tyroo's offering of products and support the organization's aim to enable businesses in the Asia Pacific to grow and succeed.

Arora has held senior leadership positions with renowned businesses, including Taboola, Sizmek by amazon, Cheil, and WPP, throughout her more than 20 years in the field. He will concentrate on growing the performance businesses to forge stronger partnerships with partners and agencies in order to develop a sizable Performance platform that brands can rely on. He is renowned for his strategic thinking, innovative approach, and in-depth knowledge of the native and performance advertising landscape.

Bharat added on his vision for the role, “The digital industry evolution in the last few years, especially through covid and the economic downturn, has really moved the needle on how brands look at advertising platforms, media plans and ROI. Advertisers' now demand incremental audiences, larger target markets with new forms of media tools and an expectation to get ROI on every dollar spent. We intend to get that result for the advertisers. That's where my vision is and I am excited to drive the growth for our partners.”

Tyroo thinks that 10% of the ad-funded revenue for global digital media companies should come from Asia Pacific, excluding China. The organization's goal is to scale up the delivery of monetization capabilities across 50+ Asia-Pacific nations by leveraging the strength of regional ecosystems and continuously enhancing market-specific talent and technological capabilities. The appointment of Bharat Arora to lead Tyroo's Performance Platform operations in the APAC region heralds exciting changes for the brand's current and potential partners throughout Asia-Pacific.
