TelecomsXChange (TCXC), a technology company that specialises in developing and providing advanced digital transformation (DX) solutions for carriers wholesale business services, and PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (Telin), a subsidiary of PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk (Telkom), focus on international telecommunication business, have signed a strategic partnership for a long-term collaboration in Telin's Carrier-Neutral Digital Marketplace, NeuTrafiX.
During Capacity Middle East 2023, which was held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the cooperation was formally announced. I Ketut Alit Atmaja, the Chief Executive Officer of Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (HongKong) Ltd (Telin HongKong), represented Telin, while Ameed I Jamous, the company's founder and CEO, represented TCXC. Budi Satria Dharma Purba (Budi), the Chief Executive Officer of Telin, Kharisma, the Chief Commercial Officer of Telin, and Nayan Paranjape, the Vice President of Digital Marketplace Enabler Telin, all observed the signing.
In the past, Telin and TCXC collaborated to create the NeuTrafiX Marketplace, a public digital connectivity exchange for voice, SMS, and phone numbers that serves businesses, OTTs, operators, CSPs, CPaaS players, carriers, and aggregators for all commodity-based SMS, Voice, and Virtual Number products and services. 250 people already reside in the marketplace. The platform has handled more than 1 billion voice and SMS transactions in a year.
