Separator

AsiaPay, a prominent digital payment service and technology provider in Asia, has partnered with Airswift, a boutique airline based in the Philippines. Specializing in domestic scheduled and chartered air transportation services, particularly focusing on Palawan routes, Airswift is affiliated with Ayala. The carrier has recently unveiled a collaboration with AsiaPay, designating it as its primary digital payments provider, aiming to enhance its services and facilitate market expansion.

Through this collaboration, Airswift has seamlessly integrated into the PesoPay Payment Gateway, offering passengers streamlined and advantageous payment services. With this integration, Airswift customers now have access to various payment options such as cards, eWallets, and Netbanking by simply connecting to PesoPay once. This innovative service solution ensures that Airswift's frequent online travelers experience smoother checkouts and stress-free travel, ultimately leading to higher transaction acceptance rates.

"The facility enables Airswift to operate more cost-effectively, enabling the business to capitalize on the myriad of opportunities in the growing Asian network and possibly beyond the Philippines in the near future. In support of our goals of growth and market expansion, Airswift needed a pioneering payment provider in Asia like AsiaPay with the scale and international expertise to help build our successful eCommerce presence in the Philippines", commented Ms. Liza Tango, Airswift CFO.

AsiaPay is thrilled about our collaboration with Airswift, which enables us to provide travelers in rapidly expanding regions with the payment options they desire. As a prominent digital payment service and technology provider in Asia for over two decades, we continuously strive to incorporate new payment methods and features into our digital payment platform. This commitment allows us to enhance sales, service quality, productivity, and risk mitigation effectively.

"We are proud to launch this service alongside Airswift. Being a leading digital payment service player in Asia, we understand our merchant's pain points in addressing an ever-changing consumer need for a more convenient, user-friendly, and more secure way to pay online for tickets and travel services", Alberto Javier, Associate Director, Sales and Marketing of AsiaPay.
