Leading CPaaS provider Route Mobile Limited’s subsidiary Route Mobile (Bangladesh) Limited pledged to provide complete managed services for RCS (Rich Communication Service) Business Messaging to mobile network provider, Robi Axiata Limited.
Along with other technical and operational tasks like managing billing, invoicing, and reconciliations while effortlessly completing the entire process, Route Mobile will enroll clients in Bangladesh and offer them 24x7 support.
Route Mobile will assist RBM sales in the Bangladesh market as a sales partner, which will help Robi's 11 million Android users who have RCS equipped devices.
Over the next three years, it's anticipated that Bangladesh will have 1 billion messages sent once RCS corporate messaging is deployed.
Google's RCS business messaging is a rich interactive solution with multimedia capabilities.

Through the use of RCS business messaging, a brand may interact safely with its audience and foster trust. It makes it possible to use chatbots and create rich content including graphics, carousels, and suggested responses.

All RCS-capable Android phone owners can currently receive these messages in their installed Messages app. Google has approved Route Mobile as a partner for RCS communications.
