UAE Based Al-Futtaim Automotive Names Katib Belkhodja As Customer Centricity Director

Al-Futtaim Automotive has hired Katib Belkhodja as the automotive group's Director of Customer Centricity, a newly established position within the organization's Centre of Excellence, in an effort to sharpen its focus on the customer-centric business model. Al-Futtaim Automotive's steadfast dedication to elevating customer excellence and creating cutting-edge strategies that put customers at the center of their business operations is furthered by this action.

Katib will lead the creation of the group's customer-focused business strategy, based on the three fundamental pillars of Building Brand Power, Enhancing Customer Experience, and Boosting Digital Sales, and will report directly to the President of Al-Futtaim Automotive in his new role. In order to further solidify Al-Futtaim Automotive's position as a market and mobility leader, he will oversee the deployment of efficient marketing, PR communications, and digital transformation.

As director of customer centricity, he is responsible for overseeing the thorough development of brand storytelling, data science, and content throughout the entire range of the company's goods and services.  

Katib, who firmly believes in utilizing technology and innovation to enhance the customer experience, will also see to the deployment of the new digital framework known as the "Digital Customer Ecosystem," which unites Data, MarCom, and CRM into one streamlined, user-friendly platform. The ecosystem enables the business to enhance client interaction and deliver hyper-personalized consumer experiences. Additionally, Katib will take the lead in promoting the showroom's use of digital technology and implementing new procedures to produce more insightful client feedback at every level, from call centers to digital bookings to the final sale.
