Pocket FM Promotes Anurag Sharma To Chief Financial Officer

Anurag Sharma, who was formerly vice president of finance for audio series platform Pocket FM, has been promoted to chief financial officer (CFO) of the business. As CFO, Sharma will be in charge of Pocket FM's overall financial operations, as well as developing and executing the company's financial strategy.

“With this new role, I will continue to build a robust financial foundation, drive growth, and create immense value for our stakeholders," Sharma said in a statement. "I am bullish about Pocket FM’s potential in the global landscape and will continue to contribute to strengthening our mission to revolutionize audio entertainment.”

Based on company, Sharma will also collaborate closely with the executive team to find opportunities for growth, optimize resource allocation, foster strategic collaborations, boost profitability, and promote Pocket FM's international expansion.

Sharma has held significant executive positions in Big4, startups, and international organizations. At Ninjacart, he oversaw finance before joining Pocket FM. In addition to having a degree in business, he is also a chartered accountant and a company secretary.
