The dialogue focused on developing a roadmap for creating an intellectual property ecosystem that supports innovation.

The event began with remarks from Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Hoàng Minh, who highlighted the Politburo's strategic vision outlined in Resolution 57.

Given Việt Nam's energetic and youthful demographics, combined with strong support from the Party and State, as well as assistance from WIPO, Minh stated that the country is strategically positioned to develop an intellectual property culture from its foundation.

He emphasized that this approach will enable young innovators to capitalize on their creative concepts, establishing a foundation for sustainable development, environmentally conscious growth, and Việt Nam's objective of reaching high-income nation status by 2045.

During his visit to Vietnam, Tang stated that Vietnam has a "golden generation" with the potential to drive the nation's progress through innovation and intellectual property development.
