As discussed in our previous interview, our primary goal is to strengthen our Singapore headquarters into a leading regional hub. We are progressing well within our three-year plan and remain on schedule. Alongside our efforts in Singapore, we’ve successfully completed projects in the Philippines and Thailand, highlighting our regional expertise. However, our focus remains on deepening our presence in Singapore and growing our client base, as we see this as key to driving long-term growth and success.
How has the company expanded its workforce, and what strategies are in place to consistently ensure customer satisfaction by capturing the essence of each project?
Our workforce growth is thoughtfully managed to uphold the high standards our clients expect. Beyond technical precision, they value the artistic and emotional depth we infuse into every project. Recruiting and training talent that meets these expectations is challenging, so we plan to increase staffing gradually over the coming years. Currently, we have a team of 15, and we remain committed to ensuring that each new hire aligns with our vision and values to consistently deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
