Could you just talk about your professional background experiences? And, also what is the motivation that fuels your daily routine?

I have a strong academic background, including a second-class upper degree in sociology from the National University of Singapore. My interest in trading and investing began during my undergraduate years, which led me to explore various financial markets such as Forex, commodities, and precious metals. In 2008, I founded ForexAchievers. com, an Academy focused on teaching technical and fundamental analysis to traders. Over the years, I have developed comprehensive trading courses, authored books, and launched a successful trading signals app. I have collaborated with reputable brokerages and served as an official media sponsor for industry events. Currently, I am the CEO of PROTRADERSNETWORK, where I guide traders toward success and empower them to achieve their financial goals. My motivation comes from a genuine passion for the industry, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a desire to help others succeed in their trading endeavors.

My personal philosophy for success is quite straightforward. It revolves around authenticity. To me, being authentic means staying true to myself, being honest, and upholding strong ethical principles in my business endeavors. It also means striving to contribute to the success of others. By following this mantra, I believe that not only can I achieve personal success, but I can also positively impact those around me.

Creating a supportive environment that promotes personal and professional development is key. Above all, I prioritize caring for my staff's well-being, as it enhances their connection to the company and motivates their contributions to our success.

What's the future destination you're heading toward for the next five years?

Currently, PROTRADERSNETWORK has chapters in Singapore, United Kingdom, Australia, Malaysia, and Bali. However, over the next five years, my plan is to expand and establish a presence in key financial centers worldwide. This includes locations like New York, Tokyo, Canada, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, South Africa, and more. To make this expansion successful, it is crucial to establish strong structures and systems. Additionally, we need capable individuals who can build communities in these regions and across the globe.

As a leader in the industry, what is the advice that you'd like to give to the upcoming leaders?

As an industry leader, I would recommend adopting a long-term mindset when serving clients. Rather than prioritizing short-term gains, it is crucial to build robust structures, processes, and valuable offerings that benefit clients over the long haul. Furthermore, embracing innovation and staying abreast of emerging technologies like AI is vital. AI has the power to revolutionize marketing, product development, and various aspects of business management, providing substantial advantages when harnessed effectively. Hence, companies should proactively explore the potential benefits of AI and consider integrating it into their operations.
