Tell us about your leadership approach and what guidelines or methodologies you follow to lead your team.

My leadership philosophy is deeply rooted in collaboration, empowerment, and fostering a culture of innovation. I adopt the approach of F.E.D. (Future, Engage and Deliver) as my guiding leadership principle. It was made famous by Steve Radcliffe. Leading always starts in the future with vision and aspirations about how you’d like things to be; then you have to engage people so that they want to build that future with you. Finally, you deliver by drawing the best from yourself and others to make things happen. Precisely, I firmly believe in leading by example and maintaining open lines of communication with my team. I encourage them to share their ideas and concerns, actively involving them in the decision-making process. Moreover, I place a strong emphasis on continuous learning, adaptability, and agility to navigate the ever-changing business landscape.
