Could you give a brief account of your professional background and experiences? What is the motivation that fuels your daily routines?

Embarking on my professional odyssey in the Corporate Banking Group of a prominent Philippine universal bank, I evolved from a marketing assistant to a seasoned account officer and relationship manager. Five years in banking laid the foundation for my role as an Area Manager at Asialink Finance Corporation, overseeing Greater North Metro Manila. Amid the pandemic, I spearheaded Cepat Kredit Financing, pioneering motorcycle and tricycle financing.

Furthermore, my daily motivation stems from exceptional mentors urging me to dream bigger and a resilient management team at Cepat Kredit Financing, propelling me to explore diverse opportunities. It's the collaborative spirit that fuels my unwavering commitment to growth.

My leadership Approach centres around the profound concept of servant leadership, a cornerstone imbibed from my tenure at Ateneo

Could you tell us about the unique experiences Ateneo de Manila University offers and what did you learn from the campus beyond academics?

At Ateneo de Manila University, my transformative journey extended far beyond academics, notably through my active engagement in the vibrant campus life. A pivotal facet of my experience emerged from my involvement in OSCI Volunteers, a dynamic student organization nestled within the Office of Social Concern and Involvement. This platform propelled me into the realm of social issues, empowering me to champion causes I believed in and effect change. Nurtured within this community, I honed leadership skills and learned to navigate the complexities of advocacy. At Ateneo, it was not just about textbooks; it was about actively shaping a socially conscious and responsible perspective that continues to influence my professional and personal ethos.

How would you define Cepat Kredit Financing as an organization and its current position in the market?

Cepat Kredit Financing stands as a distinctive force in the market, positioned uniquely as a potential industry leader. In a landscape yet unclaimed by dominant players, we perceive an opportunity to establish ourselves as the foremost authority. Our strength lies in providing flexible financing solutions to the OFW market, allowing us to carve a niche. As we navigate this uncharted territory, our vision is clear - to not only compete but to emerge as the preeminent player, setting new standards and reshaping the landscape of financial solutions for our clients.

Tell us about your leadership approach. What are the guidelines or methodologies you follow as a leader?

My leadership approach centres around the profound concept of servant leadership, a cornerstone imbibed from my tenure at Ateneo. To me, it's not merely a guideline but a philosophy. Leading by example, I immerse myself in the trenches, visible and connected to every facet of the organization. At Cepat Kredit Financing, I emphasize being present and accessible to partners, employees, and loan consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared commitment. This approach goes beyond traditional hierarchies, cultivating an environment where leadership is a collective journey. It's about service, connection, and embodying the values that propel the team and the company forward.

What is the future destination you are heading towards?

Our trajectory is set on a path to redefine financial accessibility, with a dedicated focus on becoming the go-to financing partner. The destination we envision is a comprehensive suite of financial products tailored for Overseas Filipino workers, addressing the existing gaps in services. Recognizing an underserved population, we aim to extend our reach to those with unmet financial needs. As we propel forward, the roadmap may include not only expanding our offerings but also venturing into banking, insurance, and investment products. Our mission is rooted in bridging gaps that have yet to be navigated, envisioning a future where financial empowerment knows no boundaries.
