Tell us about yourself – you as a professional. Also, what made you join Easy Compare?

As a professional with illustrious experience in the field of finance, I believe one must be agile in his/ her responses to the ever-changing marketplace and business climate. Every member of the organization is charged with its growth and learning is a huge part of this growth process. I love to learn new things, develop new products, and support new growth of products. A career in finance presents one of the best opportunities to work with a broad range of clients and colleagues, across geographies and industries. This field has enabled me to develop the flexibility to work and provided great leadership training, particularly for managing diverse teams. Leveraging these experiences and my passion for learning and supporting new growth strategies have brought me to Easy Compare. Since it is a startup business and I was the first employee to join the team, I got plenty of opportunities to learn and grow along with the company and sit directly with the CEO to discuss growth strategies. This has been exciting!

I have played a significant role in understanding the different mechanics of marketing, sales, & product development while enabling the business to drive revenue

Tell us about your greatest milestone that bestowed you with the utmost satisfaction.

The greatest milestone of my professional journey is the seven years that I have given to Prudential Life Assurance Public Company in Thailand. In the differentiating leadership roles in the finance department of the company, I have been able to analyze and identify the organization's areas of improvement that positively affected its growth, development, and profits. The opportunity to join Easy Compare and lead the company as its Head of Finance has been yet another milestone of my journey. In the last six-plus years with the firm, I have played a significant role in understanding the different mechanics of marketing, sales, and product development while enabling the business to drive revenue.

What is the financial roadmap that you have planned for Easy Compare?

For products to sell profitably, finance and marketing go hand in hand. My strategies are entirely focused on supporting Easy Compare to grow and expand its product portfolio while ensuring that the products that are being developed are right for the market, priced correctly, and attracting key customers. That is not all, my role extends to monitoring and measuring product milestones using consistent metrics that are in keeping with other product offerings to ensure that the business is on track for achieving its revenue goals.

Based on your strong experience, what advice would you give to the upcoming financial leaders in the industry?

Great financial leadership demands foresight. This role necessitates the crafting of strategic plans and making pivotal business decisions. A visionary perspective allows a leader to visualize the broader landscape, identify opportunities, and set ambitious goals for the organization’s future.
