We focus on outcomes over activities, prioritizing the impact and value we create for clients, teams, and the industry rather than just completing tasks or competing with others.
You love to travel. How do you earmark time to travel amidst your busy professional life? Also, what do you love the most about traveling?
Travel is woven into the fabric of my life both professionally and personally. Given the nature of my work, I’ve made travel a core part of my work-life balance rather than treating it as an occasional escape. I particularly enjoy exploring Southeast Asia places like the Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Thailand.
Each destination has its own charm, vibrant energy, and refreshing simplicity that keeps me grounded. Every trip is a learning experience immersing myself in new cultures, understanding business perspectives, and connecting with clients and partners. Even simple moments, like trying local cuisines, contribute to personal growth. For me, travel isn’t just about visiting new places it’s about continual learning and inspiration, often sparking my best strategic ideas.
