Suradevara Bala Venkata Rama Prasad has been chosen by Best Agrolife Ltd. (BAL) to serve as its new executive director. According to BAL, the appointment became effective on July 31.
A successful businessperson who has worked for top organizations Bala has held top positions at a number of reputable companies, including Adama India Pvt. Ltd. Having worked in the chemical sector for more than 40 years, Bala is an Agri graduate from Kanpur University. He has produced significant portfolio and organizational change as a founding member and Director of the Board of Adama India Pvt. Ltd. since 2009, helping to make the company more focused, growth-driven, and sustainable.
Bala spent more than 20 years (1986–2009) working for the Nagarjuna Group (Fertilizers & Pesticides) before joining Adama India Pvt. Ltd. Bala elevated Nagarjuna Agrichem & Adama to new heights and transformed them into high-revenue-earning businesses thanks to his analytical and strategic approach, capacity to overcome obstacles, and ability to turn failure into great success.
