The Bosera HashKey Bitcoin ETF and Bosera HashKey Ether ETF have been officially launched on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Bosera Asset Management (International) Co., Limited serves as the Investment Manager, while HashKey Capital Limited acts as the Sub-Investment Manager for these ETFs. These ETFs represent the first batch of Bitcoin and Ether spot ETFs to debut in a major financial hub in Asia. They are now listed under the tickers BTC: 3008.HK (HKD); 9008.HK (USD) and ETH: 3009.HK (HKD); 9009.HK (USD) respectively.
These ETFs offer an innovative 'in-kind' subscription method, enabling investors to directly acquire ETF shares using Bitcoin and Ethereum. This mechanism allows investors to buy the ETFs with Bitcoin or Ethereum and later exchange them for cash or vice versa, facilitating flexible two-way investment. Moreover, the Bosera HashKey Bitcoin ETF and Bosera HashKey Ether ETF track the CME CF Bitcoin Reference Rate - Asia Pacific Variant and the CME CF Ether-Dollar Reference Rate - Asia Pacific Variant, respectively.
