Cedar Hong Kong Appoints Mark Tjhung as Managing Director. Tjhung has been with the agency since its launch in 2015, holding roles including Editor, Content Director, and most recently, Managing Partner.

In his new role, he will manage the operations of the Hong Kong office, which includes handling its two primary accounts, Cathay and The Hong Kong Jockey Club. He will be accountable to Jessica Haigh, Global Managing Director, located in London.

The appointment comes after a series of senior leadership advancements during the last year aimed at reinforcing the agency’s framework and facilitating expansion. This encompasses the elevation of Louise Buxton to Business Director, Adam White to Content Director, and Jowie Chan to Head of Creative, as well as the hiring of Steve Ellul as Creative Director.
