Huatai Securities' Greater China-focused private equity investment platform, Huatai International Private Equity Fund, is happy to report that it has concluded its investment in Jiangsu Shekoy Semiconductor New Material Co. Ltd. ("Jiangsu Shekoy" or the "Company"). This round's funding has a total value of RMB 1.745 billion.
This investment is another milestone for HTPE in semiconductor industry, demonstrating its confidence in the growth potential of China's semiconductor enterprises.
A fully owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Yoke Technology is Jiangsu Shekoy (002409.SZ). The Company has focused on producing sophisticated semiconductor materials since it was founded, including precursors, photoresist, and supporting chemicals. Leading semiconductor and display panel producers from around the world are among its clients. A group of prominent industrial and strategic investors are supporting this new investment in order to boost the company's competitiveness and increase local manufacturing capacity. One of China's top suppliers of panel photoresists and semiconductor precursors is Jiangsu Shekoy.
