Abdul Malik has been chosen by CT Group to fill the position of Managing Director, Singapore.
Malik will be in charge of CT Group's new office in Singapore, bolstering their rapidly expanding regional footprint.
Abdul Malik is the Managing Director, Singapore for the CT Group. He was born and raised in Singapore and has a plethora of professional services expertise.
Malik's most recent position was Chief Operating Officer at the law firm Oon & Bazul LLP, where he was in charge of overseeing a group of 65 attorneys and formulating the firm's commercial and financial strategy. He was Singapore's first non-legal practitioner to receive stock in a law company.
Prior to that, Malik served as COO of RHTLaw Taylor Wessing, a brand-new firm founded in 2012 by 120 attorneys. Malik was in charge of the company's business development strategy, which involved focusing on important clients and government ties while also securing local business.
At several companies earlier in his career, including the Energy Market Authority, New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, and British Council Singapore, Malik had positions as Business Development Managers.
