Panuwat Benrohman (Ben), one of the unicorns in HR technology with the quickest rate of growth, has been named the managing director and country head for Thailand at Darwinbox. Panuwat (Ben) is the newest member of Darwinbox's expanding Regional Leadership team and will be in charge of the company's strategies for commercial expansion and growth in Thailand.

Under Panuwat's direction, Darwinbox, which has already worked with a few recognisable firms in the area to support their HR Digital Transformation journey, plans to grow.
Over two decades of leadership expertise in several industries are brought by Panuwat (Ben). Before joining Darwinbox, he served as Minor Foods' Chief People Officer, where he oversaw the organization's change management efforts and drove the people strategy. At Kincentric (Thailand) Ltd., Aon Hewitt (Thailand) Ltd., and Hewitt (Thailand) Ltd., he has also served in consulting and managerial capacities. He is renowned for his scientific approach to problem-solving and analytical abilities. He is a leader who has transformed client organisations, accelerated people advancement, boosted employee engagement, and established people skills and talent pipeline to support business strategy. He firmly believes in people's experiences and customer-centricity.
