With a valuation of SGD 500,000, this strategic move further strengthens Deliver.sg's expansion efforts in the Asian and Middle Eastern markets. The acquisition is expected to enhance Deliver.sg's DAAS model.
With a presence spanning 1,800 delivery riders across 317 locations in South India, BusyBee envisions substantial growth under the guidance of Deliver.sg. The collaboration is poised to capitalize on Deliver.sg's advanced technology and industry expertise, augmenting BusyBee's operational efficiency and profitability. Backed by the resources of Maxima Logistics, BusyBee's expansion strategy targets reaching 1,000 locations by 2025.
