The acquisition of Telistar Solutions Pte Ltd by EXEO Global Pte Ltd, the regional office of the Tokyo Stock Exchange-listed EXEO Group, Inc. (TOKYO:1951), has been successfully completed.
The acquisition of Telistar, a provider of IT service solutions, enables EXEO Global to expand its capabilities in the field of managed IT services through a reputable provider of solutions that is dependable to governmental agencies, educational and financial institutions, healthcare providers, and major retail brand owners.
EXEO Global recently completed an amalgamation exercise with its subsidiary, ARCO Pte Ltd, changing its business from a holding company to an operational business. ARCO Pte Ltd provides technology provisioning, maintenance support, and IT asset disposition services to large international firms as well as Japanese conglomerates.
As a result of the ARCO team's successful integration into EXEO Global, the firm now has the personnel and fundamental competencies to scale up its Managed IT Services business. It also has a reliable clientele base and technology-enabled operations for higher efficiency.
EXEO Global is currently focused on expanding its service and product offerings to the market in order to provide greater value to its clients and use technology to enable them to enjoy high-quality Managed IT Services at greater cost-efficiencies.
