Huawei Korea announced its intention to enhance collaborative marketing, technical training, and development of tailored solutions with local partners, concentrating on the AI, cloud, and data center industries.
Balian Wang, CEO of Huawei Korea, stated that the company is dedicated to assisting Korean partners in capitalizing on new growth prospects during the AI era and aims to create a sustainable ecosystem as a long-term collaborator, not just a vendor.
A spokesperson from SK Shieldus, one of the partner companies involved, stated that their collaboration with Huawei has facilitated the provision of more advanced and dependable ICT infrastructure and AI solutions to local customers, and expressed optimism about achieving enhanced commercial market synergy through the improved partner program.
On the other hand, Huawei showcased its newest smart solar inverters at the 23rd International Green Energy Expo, which began Wednesday and continues through Friday in Daegu. During the event, the company introduced a new model from its SUN2000 series — a 160-kilowatt intelligent photovoltaic (PV) controller, SUN2000-150K-MG0.
The inverter includes a range of cutting-edge safety mechanisms, such as an arc fault circuit interrupter (AFCI) that disconnects circuits to avert fires when sparks are sensed in the power lines. The inverter autonomously disconnects a string upon identifying electrical faults in the circuit, while smart connector-level detection (SCLD) oversees connector temperatures and averts failures.

The company mentioned that the SUN2000 series is designed for dependability, supported by stringent quality assessments. Products are subjected to aging tests that simulate extreme conditions to demonstrate their durability during manufacturing, guaranteeing consistent performance even in challenging environments like coastal or desert areas.
The company is providing an interactive demo kit at its booth, enabling visitors to witness the inverter's independent identification and management of electrical hazards in real time. They are additionally providing daily technical seminars to discuss insights on the newest trends in energy technology. Sessions address the main attributes of the company's inverters and explore solutions for grid saturation issues, including grid-forming technology that stabilizes renewable energy in networks, along with the latest trends in energy storage systems (ESS).
