Japanese firm Sony Select widens Agreement with Kuke Music's Naxos China

Kuke Music Holding Limited, a leading classical music service platform in China with 3 million audio and video music tracks, announced that Sony Select, one of the most influential Hi-Res music services, has extended its agreement with the Company's subsidiary Naxos China (a joint venture between Kuke and Naxos), providing music enthusiasts and audiophiles with instant access to professional high-resolution classical music catalogues.

Naxos China will continue to licence its enormous library of high-resolution (high-res) classical music catalogue to Sony Select under the terms of the agreement, providing its users with an immersive and superior listening experience. Naxos China is proud of its comprehensive high-resolution music repertoire, which includes classical, jazz, and world music, as well as award-winning recordings that represent the industry's finest standard.

High-resolution music applications are digital music streaming services that provide high-quality, uncompressed, and lossless music files in a higher resolution than regular music files.
