ANEXT Bank has announced that CEO Su Mei Toh will be transitioning to a new chapter in her career. Su Mei has played a pivotal role in driving the bank's growth and innovation, leading it to become a trailblazer in digital banking for SMEs.
As Su Mei transitioned out of her role, the bank announced that Kai Qiu, currently serving as Deputy CEO and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of ANEXT Bank, has been appointed as the bank’s designated CEO.

Her leadership and vision have been vital in establishing us as one of Singapore’s first digital banks, and in building a strong foundation that has positioned us as a leader in digital SME financing. Under Su Mei’s leadership, ANEXT Bank broadened its support for SMEs in the region, introduced innovative digital credit solutions for MSMEs in Thailand, and enabled numerous businesses to access the financing they need to succeed.
Kai Qiu, a key member of the team since the bank’s founding, has established himself as a visionary leader with extensive expertise in both technology and business development.
His work in building strong partnerships with public and private sector stakeholders has been instrumental in the bank’s continued success.
