Company in the Legend Capital Portfolio Bespin Global, a cloud services provider with its headquarters in Korea, has just finished its $100 million Series D round of funding. This money will mostly be utilised for acquisitions.
In conjunction with the investment, the investor will establish a joint venture with Bespin Global that will deliver services to clients in the Middle East, North Africa, and Pakistan. Bespin Global is a leading provider of digital services in the UAE (previously known as Etisalat Digital).

It is the first multi-cloud managed service provider in East Asia and has agreements with Google Cloud, Aliyun, Tencent Cloud, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Naver Cloud.
The business has locations in nine nations, including the US, the UAE, Korea, China, Japan, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Saudi Arabia. It has over 1,700 clients, ranging from established businesses to burgeoning startups.
Bespin Global's Series A financing was led by Legend Capital in 2017. Legend Capital also participated in the Series B financing of the business in 2019. As a pioneering investor, Legend Capital has supported and assisted Bespin Global in international collaboration, business management, and subsequent funding to further Bespin Global's growth.
In 2020, Serverworks, a prominent AWS Cloud integrator in Japan, was introduced to Bespin Global by Legend Capital. In September 2021, the two businesses launched a joint venture, formally entering the Japanese market.
