Marco Priebe Join Hands with PPDS To Lead LED Growth Strategy

Marco Priebe has been appointed as PPDS's new Key Account Manager and Business Development Manager LED for the DACH (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) region. PPDS is a leading global distributor of Philips digital signs, interactive displays, direct view LED, and professional TVs.

More than 20 years of expert-level LED sales expertise, including 16 years as a Key Account Manager at Philips Lighting and Philips CSS, are brought to the position by Priebe. Rainer Bloch, Business Director DACH, to whom Marco will be reporting, calls him "one of the industry's most accomplished talents, having delivered success to some of the world's most established and recognized brands."

In DACH, one of PPDS's fastest-growing adopting markets, Priebe's extensive expertise and experience will be crucial in further developing and strengthening PPDS' LED market strategy. He will aim to meet sales and profitability targets, create new sales and marketing strategies, and increase brand and product awareness while based in Hamburg. He will concentrate largely on the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets.

Bloch thinks that Priebe was an excellent fit for the position due to his extensive technical understanding of the LED and digital signage businesses.
