Chou Sean Chong will take over as CEO of Marsh Insurance Brokers (Malaysia). He will answer to James Addington-Smith, Marsh's CEO for South Asia, and is based in Kuala Lumpur. In addition to his present positions as a board director of Marsh Malaysia and country corporate officer of Marsh McLennan Malaysia, CB Lim will become the chief client officer in Chou's place. Chou began working at Marsh Malaysia in 2007 as head of business development and is currently the deputy CEO. Prior to taking on his current position, he had worked for four years as Marsh Malaysia's speciality

leader. "Sean's strong knowledge of the business and skill in risk management will be crucial in assisting our clients in Malaysia amid a tumultuous economic environment", said Addington-Smith.
