Neurocare group AG ('neurocare' or the 'Company'), a best practice platform for mental health and performance, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Reeder as Chief Financial Officer of the company, from January 1st 2025.
Kevin Reeder is an MBA graduate of Oxford University and serves today as chief executive officer at venture capital firm bm|t, one of neurocare´s biggest investors. Kevin comes from a long history in international investment management both in the US and in Europe in areas such as venture capital, private equity, and publicly traded investments.
Before joining bm|t, Kevin held senior positions at INVESCO, Silvergate Capital, GVO Asset Management, and Bank am Bellevue. He also worked outside the investment industry heading Data and Credit at M-KOPA, one of Africa's fastest-growing companies. At M-KOPA, Kevin raised investments, managed financials, and developed the company's data analytics platform.
Kevin joined the neurocare board at the end of 2021 and was very active in fundraising, strategy, and M&A. He will step down from the board to fully focus on his responsibilities as CFO and really drive financial strategy and support neurocare's growth initiatives.
