Pan Asia Data Holdings Inc. has made the appointment of Mr. Li Yunjiu as an Executive Director and Vice President of the company.
Mr. Li, aged 52, has over three decades of leadership experience in various industries such as industrial manufacturing, transportation and logistics, trading businesses, real estate development, and conglomerates. He is a master of business administration from Xiamen University, which he earned in June 2017.
Before he joined Pan Asia Data Holdings, Mr. Li was a vice president of Xindongsen Holdings Limited from January 2024. From June 2017 to December 2023, he was a general manager at Yong Hong Group Investment Management Limited. His past working experience also entails being the deputy general manager of Fuzhou Longcheng Industrial Co., Ltd. from October 2012 to May 2017.
Mr. Li has signed a three-year director's service agreement with the company effective from February 14, 2025. The agreement can be terminated by either party upon one month's written notice or in accordance with its terms. Under the terms of the agreement, he will be paid an annual emolument of HK$325,000, and remuneration will be determined in relation to his duties and market conditions prevailing at the time. According to the company's governance structure and the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, he will be retiring by rotation and re-election.
The board of directors of the company welcomed the appointment of Mr. Li, pointing to his wealth of industry experience and leadership skills as key contributions to the company's growth and strategic development.
Aside from the disclosed positions, Mr. Li has had no directorships of a publicly listed company in Hong Kong or abroad during the last three years. He also holds no other positions within Pan Asia Data Holdings or its subsidiaries currently and has no connections with the directors, senior management, or major shareholders of the company.
