The site clearance for these projects has been mostly completed, with more than 1,640 households voluntarily giving up 700 hectares of land. Currently, there are over 2,000 engineers, officers, and workers, as well as almost 1,000 pieces of machinery from military construction units, working around the clock on these projects.

Disbursement for the projects has exceeded 14 trillion VND and is projected to reach 15 trillion VND by the end of 2025, achieving 100 percent of the year's plan.

The Prime Minister instructed the Ministry of Construction to guarantee the completion of the Hau Giang-Ca Mau expressway section by January 31, 2026, allowing uninterrupted expressway travel from Cao Bang to Ca Mau, Dat Mui, and Hon Khoai. He supported the provincial proposals for coastal erosion prevention in Ca Mau by suggesting the use of public-private partnerships to construct embankments, roads, and reclaim land.

Additionally, he backed plans to create a transportation link between the downtown areas of Ca Mau and Bac Lieu provinces. On the same day, during the morning hours, the Prime Minister went to the Tho Chau special zone to assess the readiness for combat.
